Beauty Access

End-to-end design system for beauty initiative sparking social change

Beauty Access is an initiative created to lower the barrier of entry through education, resources, and community. As Visual Director, I led the full development of its brand identity, digital ecosystem, and experiential designβ€”crafting a visual language that balances editorial clarity with community warmth.

My role spanned art direction, brand system creation, content strategy, social media design, spatial identity, and event production. I created a modular visual toolkit and cohesive identity that translated across social media, signage, merchandise, and experiential touch-points. I also led the creative visual direction and execution of Beauty Access CafΓ©: Donation Drive, a community donation drive sponsored by Haus Labs by Lady Gaga in support of The Lower East Side Girls Club. My involvement in Beauty Access reflects my ongoing commitment to using design as a vehicle for equity, building platforms that bring people together through aesthetics, intention, and access.

Beauty Access CafΓ© Donation Drive

The inaugural Beauty Access CafΓ©: Donation Drive sponsored by Haus Labs by Lady Gaga took place in New York City on March 1st, 2025 and invited patrons to donate unused beauty products to support the Lower Eastside Girls Club, while curating space for likeminded beauty enthusiasts to connect.

Designing this experience affirmed my ongoing commitment to using visual communication as a tool for equity, designing for real-world impact across both digital and physical spaces.

  • Concept Development: Design of a pop-up cafΓ© where patrons could donate beauty products in exchange for services, promoting a culture of giving and inclusivity.

  • Spatial Design: Creation of an inviting and functional space that reflects the brand’s identity and encourages community participation.

  • Event Collateral: Design of promotional materials and in-cafΓ© visuals to ensure a cohesive brand experience.

  • Community Engagement: Successfully engaged a diverse audience, fostering a sense of belonging and support within the beauty community.

  • Resource Distribution: Facilitated the collection of over 1000 beauty products to individuals in need, promoting self-confidence and empowerment.
